Federer is an American executive, speaker, and writer. She was the worldwide head of Digital Development at Bayer, the largest company on Germany’s blue-chip Dax and a global life sciences leader. Federer is on the boards of both the MedicAlert Foundation and the UN Agency for Information and Communications Technology (ITU). She previously held positions in Global Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Communications and Public Affairs, and at US DHHS-AHRQ. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the George Washington University, and a Master of Public Health from Yale. Jessica and her husband live in New York City.
