As head of digital networking Franziska Bluhm is responsible for the socialmedia strategy at Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt. Together with Handelsblatt and WirtschaftsWoche she develops new formats and strategies for new channels. She designs and realizes new digital events, moderates live-journalism-Events and functions as ambassador for digitalization. From January 2012 till November 2015 she worked as online chief-editor of WirtschaftsWoche.
After having studied economics in Berlin Franziska did a journalistic practical training at “Wertpapier” and “Geldidee”. In 2006 she started working as head of Services at RP ONLINE, the online channel of Rheinische Post, and got promoted vice chief editor at RP ONLINE in 2008. In 2010 Franziska won the Radio Award of the Landesmedienanstalt NRW for „Sendung mit dem Internet“.
