Agnieszka Maria Walorska is founder and CEO of CREATIVE CONSTRUTION, hidence and kickstartAI. As one of the very first employees at one of the biggest exit-success storys on the German market (studiVZ), Agnieszka has played a crucial role in the explosive growth of this social network. She is the author of publications and sought-after expert and keynote speaker on topics of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Innovation and Customer Experience. She led successful Innovation and Customer Experience projects across several industries, including utilities, banking and media.
She studied social sciences and politics at Warsaw University and Humboldt-University of Berlin and received a scholarship from Studienstiftung and Hertie Foundation. When she is not busy solving innovation problems, she is training for her next triathlon.

I wouldn’t say, that I generally love tech. Sometimes I even hate it 😉 I love technology when it serves human needs, when it adjusts to our behavior, when it’s seamless and frictionless.
But whether or not I love tech – it definitely fascinates me. Especially the current exponential growth and the fact, that science fiction that fascinated me as a kid is becoming real.

It definitely is machine learning. I don’t want to say AI, because we’re still quite far away from general AI or superintelligence, what we have now is machine learning or weak AI. Within this field I’m very much looking forward to autonomous vehicles – especially as I still don’t have a driving licence 😉
